About the Role
Joining the regional office team in Katherine, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, ensuring a high level of administrative support is provided including record maintenance, diary appointments and any follow up action required. Undertaking the Councils Record Management System, maintenance and processes, your duties will include (but not limited to); Ensuring all correspondence is registered and appropriately stored in MagicQ; Assisting areas in using MagicQ to ensure best practice record management is occurring throughout the Council
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, a friendly disposition and personal integrity, with excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and independently. You’ll have highly demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change. You will be highly desired for your extensive knowledge and experience working with records management systems.
