NDIS

Our NDIS Support Coordination services help participants manage their plans effectively. If your NDIS plan includes Support Coordination, we can assist you to:

  1. Understand your plan and budget
  2. Choose preferred support options or providers
  3. Arrange assessments to determine funding
  4. Prepare for your plan review

We also provide other NDIS-funded Core support, such as meals, transportation, Assistance with daily life, and Assistance with social, economic, and community participation.

Our Commitment

Significant improvements have been made across the aged and disability sector, including upgraded facilities and wheelchair-accessible transport.

Our Indigenous staffing team believes:

“There is no one better positioned to care for the aging members of our communities than the community itself – built on care that values and enables our elders to contribute and continue to find value, purpose, and meaning.”
