Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct for Elected Members is set out in Scheule 1A of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2021 to govern the conduct of elected members.
Complaints Process
The Local Government Act 2019 requires that a complaint alleging a breach of Code of Conduct must:

Be in the approved form; and
-
Be made within six (6) months of the alleged breach of the Code of Conduct
A Code of Conduct complaint must be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer who will assess whether or not the complaint complies with the above requirements.
Breach of Code of Conduct complaints can be submitted to the CEO at executive@vicdaly.nt.gov.au.
