Request for Tender – Timber Creek Kitchen Upgrades

The Victoria Daly Regional Council (VDRC) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake necessary works to ensure the Activity Centre – Timber Creek Kitchen meets required standards and is fit for purpose.

The existing facility comprises five bedrooms, two accessible bathrooms, a staff washroom, two spacious living areas, a large kitchen, and a veranda with a disability access ramp. It is currently furnished with basic amenities, and VDRC seeks further upgrades to ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

The building is located at 4 Fitzer Road, Timber Creek. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit detailed proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT).
