About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and coordination of the day to day operations of the reception for the Council Office. Ensuring an effective, efficient and courteous service is provided to all service users and the community, your duties will include (but not limited to): Dealing with a range of customer queries face to face, by phone, email and fax; Assisting customers with their queries efficiently; Carrying out any other duties as directed by the Council Services Manager.
To be a successful candidate, you will have good interpersonal skills, a friendly disposition and personal integrity with basic understanding in the field of customer services. You’ll have excellent phone manner with a proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve outcomes.
